First of all, thank you so much for the refund.  Your customer service is excellent.  I received the messenger bag yesterday.  My husband loved it.  The quality was wonderful.  My husband is very difficult to buy for.  Ordering from your website was the best choice for top quality product.  The thank you card (Hallmark no less) was also a very pleasant surprise.  The attention to detail was duly noted.
